Roch Baranowski joined Respect Energy Holding’s board of directors on October 14, assuming the position of Chief Strategy Officer.

In his role as CSO, he is responsible for developing and operationalizing the company’s growth strategy, focusing on organic and inorganic business development.

Throughout his career, Roch has advised clients in the energy, oil and gas, as well as technology, manufacturing and finance sectors. He specializes in growth strategy, due diligence, post-acquisition value creation and exit planning.

Prior to joining Respect Energy Holding, Roch was Managing Partner at the Polish division of Bain & Company, where he led the energy and natural resources division. He also has experience gained in Germany and the Middle East.
