Respect Energy Group, whose mission is to build an energy system based on renewable sources, has published its Sustainability Report for 2024. The document provides a
comprehensive overview of the company’s activities in the areas of environmental protection, social responsibility and governance. It also presents actions undertaken to implement the company’s Sustainability Strategy for 2024–2027.

The total volume of renewable energy generated by our production assets and purchased from producers in 2024 reached 2,619,450.3 MWh.
The total capacity of the Group’s generation assets amounted to 282.14 MW, with energy production of 315,852.37 MWh.
We expanded our portfolio of environmental products, achieving a total trading volume of guarantees of origin of over 50 TWh between 2021 and 2024.
We strengthened our renewable energy investment portfolio, which already includes the largest photovoltaic farm in Central and Eastern Europe in Zwartowo, as well as wind farms in Wicko, Jędrzychowice and Zgorzelec, with new projects: the photovoltaic farm in Drzeńsko and installations in Wiązownica, Wojciechów, Zaplukowęsy and Sierpc.
We maintained our presence on 18 energy exchanges in 26 countries, expanding the scale of green energy sales in Europe and beyond.
We implemented the Respect Energy Group Sustainability Strategy for 2024–2027, defining key directions for development in the areas of ESG, climate neutrality and social responsibility.
The Report covers the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 and applies to the companies within Respect Energy Holding Group, with Respect Energy Holding S.A. as the parent company. It was prepared in line with the international non-financial reporting standard GRI 2021 (Core).
To ensure consistency with other entities, the company also drew inspiration from the requirements of the CSRD Directive (2022/2464), the Commission Delegated Regulation (2023/2772), the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the Polish Accounting Act. Among other measures, the company conducted a double materiality analysis of sustainability issues in line with CSRD. The Report includes selected ESRS disclosures, presents the Group’s contribution to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and covers data on Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
The document has been prepared in both Polish and English and has undergone independent verification.
Report covers the period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, and concerns seven companies within the Group: Respect Energy Holding (the parent company), Respect Energy S.A., Solar Wind, RE Poweric, Respect Energy Fleet, Respect Energy IT Solutions, and Respect Energy Brokerage House.
