Sustainability Strategy of the Respect Energy Group

The Respect Energy Group’s Sustainability Strategy is based on three fundamental pillars (the ‘3Rs’): Respect Nature, Respect People and Respect Rules. By this we mean that in every area of our business, respect is a core value that guides us.

Respect Environment
Concerns our business activities related to the provision of products and services to combat climate change and protect the environment. It is also about commitments regarding our operations and reducing our negative impact on the climate and the environment.
Respect People
Concerns objectives in the area of HR, customer relations and social and community activities.
Respect Rules
Sets goals in the area of sustainability and ESG management and ensures due diligence in relations with our business partners.

The respective directions correspond to the elements of the ESG acronym: Environmental, Social and Governance.

Our strategy is a document that has been developed by a group of employees, with the support of external experts, under the leadership of an ESG manager.

An ESG Committee, chaired by the President, Sebastian Jabłoński, has been established to manage and monitor the implementation of this strategy.

"Energy created with Respect for nature" is our guiding principle. Our aim is to provide clean and renewable energy, but also to build a future based on environmental and social responsibility.

The Respect Energy Group’s ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Policy is a set of principles, guidelines and standards that provides a framework for our organisation and supports the implementation of the Respect Energy Group’s Sustainability Strategy.
